Sigma Kappa

Sigma Kappa was established at Colby College, (Waterville, Maine) by five women in 1874.

The sorority has an interesting and long history. Sigma Kappa is a popular organization that counts 156,000 initiated members all over the world, 112 collegiate chapters and more than 120 alumnae chapters.

Sigma Kappa has a mission to support intellectual, social and spiritual development of its members. The sorority unites the women, who can have a positive impact on communities.
