Zeta Tau Alpha

Zeta Tau Alpha was established at the State Female Normal School (now Longwood University) in Farmville, Virginia in 1898.

Today, it is a very popular international women's sorority that has more than 218,000 initiated members, 162 active chapters and 248 collegiate chapters. In addition, the sorority has more than 2,000 additional volunteers and 150 volunteer offices, which operate on the local level. The alumnae chapters are situated in different cities on the territory of the United States.
